Hydraulic Metric Precision Tubes DIN 2391/2445 from World Wide Metric

These tubes are seamless cold drawn hydraulic line pipe according to DIN 2391/2445 (EN 10305-1 and EN 10305-4) standards. Available with plain finish and CRVIFree plating for better corrosion resistance.
Standard DIN 2391 (EN 10305-1)
Seamless precision tubes according to DIN 2391: 1994 (EN 10305-1:2002), material St. 35, BK/ NBK, with plain ends, bundled and tubes slightly oiled.
DIN 2445 (EN 10305-4) – phosphated (eddy current tested)
Seamless cold drawn hydraulic line pipe according DIN 2445/2 or DIN 2391/C quality St. 37-4 NBK annealed. The tubes are EC-tested, phosphated and sealed with cap at both ends.
DIN 2445 (EN 10305-4) – zinc plated (eddy current tested)
Seamless cold drawn hydraulic line pipe according DIN 2445/2. Tolerances according DIN 2391 quality St 37.4 NBK annealed. Outside yellow passivated galvanised (min. 12 micron). The tubes are Eddy Current tested in lengths of 6 meter. Tubes bundled and capped at both ends.
DIN 2445 (EN 10305-4) – Cr6-free (eddy current tested)
Seamless cold drawn hydraulic line pipe according to EN 10305-4 E235+N ZN, outside electro zinc plated and Chrome VI free passivated. The tubes are Eddy Current tested in lengths of 6 meter. Tubes bundled and capped at both ends.
These tubes are available with various designations depending on application.
Cold Finished ( hard ). Symbol: BK. Tubes do not undergo heat treatment following the final cold forming and thus, have a rather high resistance to deformation.
Cold Finished ( soft ). Symbol: BKW. The final heat treatment is followed by cold drawing involving limited deformation. Appropriate further processing allows a certain degree of cold forming.
Cold finished and stress-relieved. Symbol: BKS. Heat treatment is applied following the last cold forming process. Subject to appropriate processing conditions, the increase in the residual stresses involved enables both forming and machining to a certain degree.
Annealed. Symbol: GBK. The last cold forming process is followed by annealing in a controlled atmosphere.
Normalized. Symbol:NBK. The last cold forming process is followed by annealing above the upper transformation point in a controlled atmosphere.
